Murder accused brought back from Bihar by Bharalumukh Police
Guwahati, August 27 (NKTV): In January 2018, a case No. 23/2018 u/s 326/307/120 (B) IPC R/W SEC. 25 (1-A)/27 Arms Act was registered at Bharulumukh PS where Tribhuban Gupta, a businessman of Athgaon had been shot at his business premises, injuring him seriously.
The main accused in the crime namely Aditya Singh was picked up by Muzzafarpur Poilce in Bihar for their case in Mithanpura PS.
After coordinating with Bihar Police Station, a WGPD team was sent to Muzaffarpur on 22 August and the accused brought to Guwahati on 27th of August. The accused now will be produced before the Court.
