Manchester United sacks Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as manager

Manchester United has parted ways with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as manager after their humiliating defeats against Liverpool, Manchester City, and most recently Watford FC. Manchester United was beaten 4-1 by Watford on Saturday.

The Club in their official statement said “Ole will always be a legend at Manchester United and it is with regret that we have reached this difficult decision. While the past few weeks have been disappointing, they should not obscure all the work he has done over the past three years to rebuild the foundations for long-term success.”

Michael Carrick to takes charge of the team as interim manager.
