Tokyo Olympics | Assam’s Lovlina proceeds to Quarter Final
Guwahati, July 27 (NKTV): In a proud moment for the state and nation, Assam’s Lovlina Borgohain won her bout against Germany at the Tokyo Olympics today in the 69kg weight category.
She beat Germany’s Nadine Appetz to proceed to the quarter final.
Lovlina will face former world champion and 4th seed Chen Nien-Chin in the quarter-final of Women’s Welter on July 30.
