“I announce the names of Samrat Choudhary as the leader of the BJP legislature party and Vijay Kumar Sinha as the deputy leader,” Maurya said.
All JD(U) MLAs were present at Wednesday’s meeting, signalling strong unity within the party and reaffirming their confidence in Kumar’s leadership. Senior party leaders emphasised that Bihar needs stable and decisive governance, which they believe Kumar is best positioned to provide.
