BTC Reschedules Scrutiny & Verification for Teacher Recruitment Candidates
The Education Department of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) has announced a revised schedule for scrutiny and verification of academic and professional qualifications for candidates who applied under Advertisement No. 6.
According to an official notice, the verification process will now be held from January 21 to January 25, 2026, starting from 10:00 AM onwards at Bodoland Staff College, Kokrajhar. The earlier schedule dated July 13, 2026, has been cancelled and replaced with this new timetable.
Revised Schedule
For candidates under BTC area:
- January 21, 2026: Registration ID LP00003 to LP04142
- January 22, 2026: Registration ID LP04148 to LP08348
- January 24, 2026: Registration ID LP08352 to LP13069
For candidates outside BTC area:
- January 25, 2026: Registration ID LP00018 to LP13053
Candidates have been instructed to appear before the Selection Committee with all original certificates, mark sheets, and professional qualification documents from HSLC onwards. They must also carry an affidavit of small family norm and photo copies of all documents as mentioned in the advertisement.
The notice clearly states that absentee candidates who did not attend the previous verification held on July 10, 2025 to July 20, 2025 at Kokrajhar Government College will not be entertained this time.
All other terms and conditions mentioned in the advertisement dated June 20, 2025 will remain unchanged. Any further change in date or venue will be published on the official website: education.bodoland.gov.in.
The date for scrutiny and verification for Upper Primary Schools and both LP & UP (BP) sections will be notified later. No TA or DA will be paid to candidates for attending the verification process.
The notice has been issued by the Secretary, Education Department, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar, and is dated January 15, 2026.
