Arjun Tendulkar smashes century on Ranji debut
23-year-old son of Sachin Tendulkar, Arjun Tendulkar troubled the bowlers on his Ranji Trophy debut by smashing a century against Rajasthan. Arjun who had shifted to Goa to play Ranji trophy scored the hundred in 178 balls. In his innings of 120 runs Arjun Tendulkar also smashed 16 fours and 2 sixes.
The bowling all-rounder batted at a strike rate of 57.97. Notably, in December 1988, Sachin smashed a hundred on his Ranji Trophy debut for Mumbai against Gujarat.
