The General On-Sale goes live at 1 PM IST on Saturday, January 17, 2026, exclusively on BookMyShow.

Expressing their excitement, lead vocalist Klaus Meine said, “We are incredibly excited to finally be touring India again after such a long time and are looking forward to meeting our many, many fans in India. The concerts will also be a very special experience for us.”

Guitarist Rudolf Schenker added, “Sixty years after the band’s founding, we’re bringing our ‘Coming Home’ concert to India. It will be a unique celebration for our fans and for us.”

Fellow guitarist Matthias Jabs echoed the sentiment, saying, “Finally playing in India again – and on top of that our now iconic ‘Coming Home’ concerts – will be spectacular and unforgettable for us as well.”

Naman Pugalia, Chief Business Officer – Live Events, BookMyShow, said the band’s return is a defining moment for India’s live music scene. “Scorpions hold a singular place in the history of global rock, with music that has transcended generations, borders and cultures. Their return to India after nearly two decades reflects how far the country’s live entertainment ecosystem has evolved and underscores India’s growing prominence on the global touring circuit.”

The India tour is part of Bandland On Tour, an extension of BookMyShow Live’s rock and alternative music IP, Bandland, as it expands its footprint across the country.

With a career spanning more than five decades, Scorpions are among the most successful rock bands in history, having sold over 120 million records worldwide and performed in more than 80 countries. Formed in 1965, the band has released 19 studio albums and produced some of rock’s most enduring anthems, including Rock You Like a Hurricane, Still Loving You, Send Me an Angel and Wind of Change. Iconic albums such as Love at First Sting, Blackout and Crazy World have cemented their reputation as one of the greatest live acts in rock history.

Scorpions’ relationship with Indian audiences has been particularly enduring, with their music finding a lasting presence across generations—from packed arenas and college hostels to cover bands and late-night playlists. Framed as part of a farewell chapter following the release of their final studio album, the ‘Coming Home’ Tour carries a strong sense of reflection and celebration, offering fans a shared moment of musical history.

Kotak Mahindra Bank – Solitaire is the Title Partner and Jack Daniel’s Merchandise is the Associate Sponsor for the Scorpions Coming Home 2026 Tour – India. The Shillong concert is supported by Meghalaya Tourism, with The Circus serving as the Event Partner.
