Guwahati to host SBI 2nd Inter-Institutional Carrom tournament 2025
The SBI 2nd Inter-Institutional Carrom Tournament 2025, hosted by the Civil Accounts Sports and Cultural Club (CAS&CC) in collaboration with Numaligarh Refinery Limited and SD Sports, is set to be held from August 9 to 11, 2025 at the premises of the Office of the Accountant General (A&E), Assam, Maidamgaon, Beltola, Guwahati.
A total of 12 teams from prominent government departments and institutions will compete for top honours. The participating teams include ASEB, Oil India Limited, Income Tax Department, Assam Secretariat, Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Joint Director of Health Services (Govt. of Assam), Gauhati High Court, Water Resources Department (Govt. of Assam), AG (A&E) Assam, and AG (Audit) Assam.
The tournament will feature three categories of play — Men’s Team Championship, Men’s Open Category, and Women’s Open Category — promising a showcase of talent, precision, and competitive spirit over the three-day event.
