GU CDOE Admission Notification for Academic Session 2025-26 (July)
Admissions are now open for the following UGC-DEB approved programmes under Gauhati University Centre for Distance and Online Education (GUCDOE) for the academic session 2025-26 (July):

M.A. in Assamese
M.A. in English
M.A. in Political Science
M.A. in Education
M.Com (Commerce)
M.Sc. (Information Technology) (admission available only at GUCDOE
Headquarters)
Important Dates:
Start Date of Admission: July 1, 2025
Last Date of Admission: July 31, 2025 (subject to change as per UGC-DEB directive)
Admission Fees:
Admission Fee: ₹5,000/- per semester (for M.A. & M. Com Programmes)
Admission Fee for M.Sc. IT: 14,500/- per semester
Enrolment Fee: ₹250/- (only for students with GU Registration)
Utility Fee: ₹250/- (only for learners selecting GUCDOE as their Study Centre)
Important Note for M.Sc. IT Applicants:
Online application for M.Sc. (IT) will be considered incomplete until the student physically visits the GUCDOE Headquarters to complete the verification and admission formalities.
