Gauhati High Court seeks Akhil Gogoi’s reply in 3 weeks
Guwahati, July 14 (NKTV): The Gauhati High Court has ordered Sivasagar MLA Akhil Gogoi and seven others to reply to its notice in three weeks.
It may be mentioned here that the NIA had filed a charge sheet against the verdict of NIA court that released Akhil Gogoi from all the charges against him. NIA court on June 22 acquitted Gogoi of all charges.
The NIA then moved the high court challenging the verdict.
