Himangshu Raj Borah, currently pursuing his PhD in the Department of English at Sikkim University (a central university), officially unveiled his first book, Beneath the Blooming Silence, at the institution’s third annual national workshop. Hailing from Gohpur in Assam and the son of Dilip Bora and Nirumani Bora, Himangshu has balanced rigorous academic research in literature with his longstanding passion for creative writing.
