Assam down town University Announces National Level HR Conclave 5.0
Assam down town University is set to host the National Level HR Conclave 5.0 on 22nd November 2025 at Radisson Blu, Guwahati. Over the last four years, this Conclave has grown into one of the region’s most prestigious platforms for industry dialogue, knowledge exchange, and thought leadership in Human Resource Management.
The theme for this year’s Conclave is “Recruitment 5.0: AI and Automation Redefining Talent Acquisition”, focusing on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation on the future of HR and talent management.
The event will feature two high-impact panel discussions led by senior HR leaders from top organisations across India, including Cradlewise, Myntra, Reliance Industries, Croma, Marico, Persistent Systems, Birlasoft, Vantage Circle, LTI Mindtree, and Rakuten Symphony.
Highlighting excellence in HR, two awards will be conferred during the Conclave:
- HR Leader Award – ₹1,00,000
- HR Rising Star of the Northeast Award – ₹50,000
