Guwahati’s Nazneen Rahman Selected as One of 20 Global Coaches for Prestigious Women Who Rally Leadership Cohort
PTR India proudly announces that Nazneen Rahman, PPR Clinician & Secretary of Assam Pickleball Association has been selected as one of just 20 women worldwide to participate in the inaugural Women Who Rally leadership cohort; an exclusive, 10-month development program designed to empower and elevate women in racquet sports coaching.
Launched by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) and Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), “Women Who Rally” is a global initiative focused on advancing leadership, fostering connection, and supporting the next generation of female coaches across racquet sports.
Following a highly competitive international selection process, Nazneen Rahman was chosen for her demonstrated leadership potential, commitment to developing others, and passion for growing the game. The cohort represents a diverse and dynamic group of women who are actively shaping the future of tennis, pickleball, and racquet sports worldwide.
On the occassion, Nazneen Rahman said, “Being selected for the Women Who Rally cohort is both an honour and a responsibility. This program represents a powerful opportunity to learn, grow, and collaborate with inspiring women leaders from across the globe. I am excited to bring these learnings back to India and contribute to the continued growth of pickleball and racquet sports, especially by encouraging more women to step into leadership roles.”

Participants will engage in ongoing learning, group collaboration, and mentorship opportunities designed to challenge their thinking, expand their impact, and strengthen their role within the industry.
