Tribune scribe invited for India Week, Hamburg
Farhana Ahmed, the North Lakhimpur correspondent of The Assam Tribune has been invited to attend the 11th India Week in Hamburg, Germany starting from June 23. Ahmed, who is also a film critic, jury member of international film festivals and a film-maker has been invited by the City Council of Hamburg for the annual India Week programme where her short film Echoes from the Blue Hills will be screened. Farhana Ahmed has already left for Germany.
India Week Hamburg is an annual event offering an expansive platform for Indo-German collaboration across diplomacy, business, technology, arts, and society. With over 70 events scheduled across the German city, the week-long celebration will showcase the richness of India’s culture and its dynamic partnership with Germany. This year’s theme of the India Week Hamburg is Positioning Partnerships with the objective to reflect the evolving narrative of cooperation between the two nations—ranging from skilled migration and sustainable development to digital innovation and cultural diplomacy
