Guwahati, June 15 (NKTV): The Government of India on Tuesday announced that pre-registration or prior booking is not mandatory to avail Covid-19 vaccination. This clarification came after people in rural areas reportedly faced issues regarding the same.

The Government informed that any individual above 18 years of age can move to the nearest vaccination centre for on-site registration and avail vaccination.

Registering online is just one of the many modes through which citizens can avail vaccination, the Government said.
