No ‘Gaddar’ in BJP, Issues Should Be Discussed Internally: Sushanta Borgohain

BJP leader and candidate Sushanta Borgohain has dismissed allegations of betrayal (‘Gaddar’) within the party, stating that such issues, if any, should be resolved through internal discussion.

Reacting to recent comments regarding internal discord in the Bharatiya Janata Party, Borgohain said, “Whether there is any ‘Gaddar’ in BJP or not, Ranjeet Kumar Das would know better. I don’t believe there is any betrayal in the party.”

He further added, “If anyone has any dissatisfaction, they should discuss it properly within the party forum. There is no point in discussing such matters on Facebook.”

Asserting strong confidence in the party’s performance, Borgohain claimed, “BJP will achieve excellent results in the upcoming elections. We will form the government with 100% certainty. The people have voted for BJP because of development.”

He also expressed confidence in his own constituency, saying, “I will win by a margin of more than 10,000 votes.”

Borgohain emphasised that the BJP believes in freedom of expression but stressed that internal matters should be handled discreetly within the party.
