Microplastics found in live human lungs!

In a sensational discovery, scientists have discovered microplastics in live human lungs for the first time ever. Around 39 microplastics in 11 of 13 lung tissue were tested by researchers from Hull University and Hull York Medical School.

According to the research, among those 12 types, most microplastics were commonly found in packaging, bottles, clothing, rope/twine, and many manufacturing processes.
