Guwahati, July 8 (NKTV): Bodoland Territorial Region ( BTR ) chief executive member (CEM) and UPPL president Pramod Boro has extended warm congratulations and welcome to the induction of five ministerial berth including two cabinet ministers from Northeastern region in the Union cabinet reshuffled and cabinet expansion held on Wednesday.
Addressing the media today at BTC Secretariat in Kokrajhar, Boro said “Narendra Modi led NDA government has inducted five ministers in his cabinet expansion in the union government for bringing massive development and welfare of the northeastern states and accordingly ex chief minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal got cabinet minister in the union government.” Pramod Boro further added “He is very much optimistic that BJP led NDA government is committed to work for the welfare and development of the northeastern states including Assam.”
“For the first time in the political history, five ministeial berths are offered in the union government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from northeastern states”, Boro also said.
