Assam Gramin Bank Hosts Blood Donation Camp to Mark Vigilance Awareness Week
Assam Gramin Bank (AGB), a premiere Financial Institution of the state, organised a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at its Head Office in Guwahati on October 29, 2025, as part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025. The event was conducted in collaboration with Saharia Blood Bank, Guwahati.
The Department of Vigilance, Assam Gramin Bank, Head Office hosted the event on behalf of the Bank. Saharia Blood Bank was represented by seven (07) number of healthcare executives and technicians. The logistics for the event was arranged by Saharia Blood Bank.
The event started from 11:00 A.M at the Head Office premise and a total of 27 officers and staff members of the Bank voluntarily donated blood during the camp. The medical team from Saharia Blood Bank efficiently conducted the collection process, ensuring that all safety and health protocols were strictly followed.
The initiative reaffirms Assam Gramin Bank’s commitment towards uplifting the spirit of honesty, service, and vigilance among employees while supporting a noble cause that saves lives.
