Assam Names Squad for Vijay Merchant Trophy U-16 Campaign
The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has announced the state squad for the opening two matches of the Vijay Merchant Trophy, scheduled to begin on 7th December 2025 in Cuttack.
Aman Yadav has been named captain of the Assam U-16 men’s team, with a talented mix of young cricketers making the cut for the prestigious age-group tournament. The squad includes two wicketkeepers — Subham Biswas and Zayan Yasin Ahmed — along with promising batting and bowling options.
