3rd T20 International: India vs New Zealand at ACA Stadium, Guwahati

Assam Cricket Association (ACA) is pleased to announce that the city of Guwahati is fully prepared to host the much-anticipated T20 International match between India and New Zealand at the ACA Stadium, Barsapara, Guwahati, on 25th January 2026, with the match scheduled to commence at 7:00 PM. The stadium gates will be opened for spectators at 4 PM to facilitate smooth entry and security checks.

This international fixture, featuring two of the world’s leading cricketing nations, has generated tremendous excitement among fans across the region and beyond. The overwhelming response, with nearly all tickets sold out, reflects Assam’s growing stature as a vibrant and passionate destination for international cricket.

Both teams are scheduled to arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport at 5:05 PM by chartered flight on 24th January 2026. Assam Cricket Association has made comprehensive arrangements to ensure smooth logistics, world-class facilities, and a seamless match-day experience for players, match officials, broadcasters, and spectators alike. Special emphasis has been placed on meeting international standards in pitch preparation, player amenities, broadcast readiness, and crowd management, in line with ICC and BCCI protocols.

ACA accords the highest priority to safety, security, and spectator comfort. In order to maintain a safe, disciplined, and enjoyable atmosphere within the stadium during this high-profile international match, spectators are requested to strictly adhere to the stadium regulations. The following items are strictly prohibited inside the stadium premises on match day:
• Dangerous items or weapons, including firearms, explosives, laser, knives, flares, fireworks
• Large flag sticks
• Commercial video, photographic, or audio equipment
• Whistles, horns, vuvuzelas, megaphones
• Cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, and personal grooming products
• Animals, other than service animals
• Metal cans or glass bottles
• Promotional or commercial materials
• Offensive or political signage
• Rollerblades, skateboards scooters
• Compressed gas canisters and other flammable items
• Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• Backpacks
