ULFA(I) releases abducted oil employee Ritul Saikia near India-Myanmar border

After the chief minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma appelaed ban outfit ULFA(I) to release Ritul Saikia, the Paresh Barua led ULFA(I) today freed the employee of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) at 7.10 am in Longway, near India-Myanmar border.

Ritul Saikia was abducted by the ULFA(I) on April 21 along with two others Mohini Mohan Gogoi and Alakesh Saikia from ONGC’s workover rig site.
