Guwahati, July 5 (NKTV): A team of Jalukbari Police today morning seized two trucks and recovered wood that was being illegally transported from Dimapur to Boragaon and Changsari.
The two trucks, bearing registration numbers AS 25 DC 2618 and NL 01 AE 1154, have been handed to the Forest Department.
The seized wood is estimated to be worth seven lakh rupees.
The drivers and handymen of both trucks have been apprehended.
