Guwahati, June 21 (NKTV): Pandu F.R.U. Hospital has been sheltering a unique ATM that dispenses medicine after scanning prescriptions. Set up by an organisation named WISH about a year ago, the ATM stores variants of medicines and dispenses the required medicine after scanning the prescription.
It may be mentioned here that the ATM’s functioning was put on hold because of the Covid pandemic. With improvement in the scenario, the machine will be open to the public again, the hospital authorities informed.
