Guwahati, June 21 (NKTV): The public of Dhupguri in Dhing nabbed a drugs peddler and handed him over to the police. The public caught the peddler red handed while he was on way to sell the drugs. The peddler has been identified as on Azizul Islam and is presently in police custody. The police has seized cash and a mobile handset along with drugs from Islam.
In another incident along the Biswanath – Sonitpur border, the police has seized Heroin worth five lakh rupees approximately and apprehended two in relation to the recovery. The Heroin was being transported in a vehicle with registration number AR 01 F 1349. The police is presently interrogating both.
