Nuruddin Ahmed Trophy Senior Inter District Cricket Tournament from May 13

The Nuruddin Ahmed Trophy Senior Inter-District Cricket Tournament is set to commence from May 13, spanning across various venues in Assam. The tournament promises intense cricketing action as teams battle it out for supremacy.

With two venues designated in the Upper Assam Zone, namely Dibrugarh and Jorhat, Lower Assam Zone will host matches in Nalbari and Dhubri. Central Assam Zone’s venues are set in Nagaon and Golaghat, while Goalpara takes the spotlight as the Headquarters Zone venue. The Northern Assam Zone matches will unfold in Biswanath and Mangaldai, whereas Southern Assam Zone will see competition in Karimganj and Karbi Anglong.

The preliminary rounds, spanning from May 13 to June 6, will witness fierce encounters across the six zones. Twelve deserving teams will emerge from these rounds, vying for victory in the final stage. With each zone sending its best contenders, the stage is set for an exhilarating showdown, culminating in the crowning of the ultimate champion.
