National Career Service Centre for SC/ST to organise free training for job-seekers

Training for 6 programmes will be provided; candidates to get monthly stipends

National Career Service Centre (NCSC) for SC/ST, Guwahati under Directorate General of Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India is organising six free training programmes for SC/ST job-seekers registered on the Employment Exchange. A monthly stipend of Rs. 1000/- will also be provided to the candidates undergoing training.

Training of 12 months duration will be imparted on the following programmes:

1. Special Coaching Scheme (includes stenography, clerical)
2. IT-‘O’ Level Computer
3. ‘O’ Level Computer Hardware Maintenance
4. Computer Application & Business Accounting
5. Cyber Secured Web Development

Whereas, training for 6 months duration will be provided for:

1. Office Automation, Accounting & Publishing

The training schemes are likely to be commence from 1^st week of July, 2023 at various National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) centers located at Guwahati, Tezpur, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Majuli, Kokrajhar & Silchar. The last date for submission of applications is 26^th May 2023. Applicants should be registered on Employment Exchange as well as on National Career Service portal.
