Guwahati, August 12 (NKTV): Meghalaya Police apprehended one accused in the IED blast incident at Laitumkhrah market in Shillong. The blast had taken place on Tuesday and two people were injured in it.
Banned militant group Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) had taken responsibility of the blast.
SP, East Khasi Hills District, Sylvester Nongtnger informed that investigation in on process.
