Lockdown announced in Haryana for 7 days

Amid the spike in Covid-19 cases the government of Haryana has announced a complete lockdown in the state for seven days from May 3. Haryana Cabinet minister Anil Vij announced the lockdown on Sunday, 2nd May.

The state of Haryana reported 13,588 new positive cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours with 125 deaths. Currently Haryana has over 1 lakh active coronavirus cases.

Earlier today itself, the government of Odisha had also announced lockdown in the state as the cases of coronavirus are on a rapid rise there.
