Harsha Singha, sliver medal winner of Asian Poomsae Taekwondo Championship felicitated in Guwahati

A felicitation program of Harsha Singha, winner of Silver Medal in over 30 Group Poomsae event at recently concluded 8th Asian Poomsae Taekwondo Championship held in De Nang, Vietnam from 15th – 19th May 2024 was being organized by GREATER GUWAHATI TAEKWONDO MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION (GGTMAA).

Harsha, a 4th Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt holder is also a trainer cum National Referee. She had earlier won Silver & Bronze in South Asian Games held in Nepal in 2019 in POOMSAE INDIVIDUAL & GROUP EVENTS & won several medals in National Level Championships also.

This felicitation was organised as recognition of her victory & success at the International Level & encouraging her for future Competitions.

The felicitation was attended by students of Harsha ‘s Taekwondo Academy, parents & guardians of the students, well wishers of Harsha, officials of GGTMAA- Diganta Chaudhury – President, Md Iquebal Ahmed – General Secretary, Syam Rajkhowa – 3 time National Taekwondo Heavy Weight Gold Medalist, Rajkumar Singha, Ranadeep Talukdar, Digbijay Medhi all veteran National level Taekwondo players & Chief Technical Director of State Taekwondo Association+ TMSAA , Mr Lachit Basumatary.

GGTMAA today also appointed Harsha as Chief Technical Director of Guwahati to look after the technical activities of GGTMAA
