The pro-talks faction of United Liberations Front of Asom (ULFA) signed peace accord with the central and state government in Delhi today.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was present in Delhi for the historic signing. The chief minster was accompanied by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and a group of top government officials.
Besides, the government factions, ULFA top leaders like Arabinda Rajkhowa, Anup Chetia and were also present in the historic feat.
