Five Killed, 21 Injured as Truck Rams Bolero Pickup on Samruddhi Expressway
Five people were killed and 21 others injured after a truck rammed into a Bolero pickup van from behind on the Samruddhi Expressway in Maharashtra’s Amravati district early Friday.
According to police, the accident took place around 12:45 am near Dhamangaon Railway, at Channel 97 of the expressway. The injured were initially rushed to Dhamangaon Rural Hospital and later referred to Wardha Medical College for further treatment.
Police have launched a detailed investigation into the accident.
