Commander-In-Chief of Kuki National Front, David Kipgen arrested by Delhi Special Cell

Guwahati, September 20 (NKTV): The self-styled (SS) Commander-In-Chief of Kuki National Front namely Mangkholam Kipgen alias David Kipgen arrested by Special Cell of Delhi.

Mangkholam Kipgen was desperately wanted by the Police in various incidents related to kidnapping for arms snatching from police, Ransom, firing, extortion, robbery etc. in different police stations of Manipur.
