Campus to Corporate 2026 by Assam down town University, Preparing Students Today for the Careers of Tomorrow
Assam down town University successfully organized Campus to Corporate 2026 creating a dynamic platform that brought together students, parents, academicians, industry experts, career mentors, and alumni under one roof to guide and inspire the next generation of professionals.
The event was conceptualized with the vision of helping students understand the importance of career planning, industry exposure, and skill development at an early stage while also celebrating academic excellence. Through meaningful interactions with industry leaders and professionals, students were provided with valuable insights into the changing corporate landscape, emerging career opportunities, and the skills required to succeed in today’s competitive world.
A major highlight of the event was the Felicitation Ceremony, where meritorious students from Class 10 and 12, were honoured for their academic achievements and dedication. The university emphasized that recognizing young achievers not only motivates students to strive for excellence but also encourages them to make informed decisions regarding their higher education and career paths.
The event featured insightful sessions by distinguished speakers and industry experts, including Dr. M.K. Modi, Honourable Executive Dean; Prof. Pranveer Singh, Honourable Pro Vice Chancellor; Dipankar Talukdar, Senior Vice President, HDFC Bank, Guwahati; Deepak Rayapudi, Senior Manager – SAP, Higher Education & Upskilling, SEED Infotech Ltd; Karuna Kanta, Deputy Manager, Directorate of International Affairs; Varsha Patwari, Assistant General Manager, Directorate of Career Advancement; Dinesh Kr. Lahoti, STEM Educator and Career Mentor; and Ms. Barsha Das, Ex-Alumni of AdtU and Associate Manager HR at HDFC Life.
The sessions focused on career readiness, international opportunities, industry alignment, digital transformation, professional growth, and real-world corporate experiences.
