Assam Govt. likely to impose full lockdown in 6 districts

Guwahati, June 15 (NKTV): The Government of Assam is likely to impose full lockdown in six districts across the state. The states in which full lockdown is likely to be imposed are Cachar, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Nagaon, Sonitpur and Biswanath.

According to sources, the time of commencement of curfew hours in the Kamrup (M) District might be reduced by one hour, i.e., from 2:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Earlier, the state government had declared a Curfew from 1:00 PM in the state ordered Shops and other Commercial Establishments to remain closed from 12 noon onwards.

Reportedly, curfew shall be imposed in some districts from4:00 PM onwards.
