A Delhi-based company has grabbed attention on social media after surprising its employees with brand-new iPhone 16 smartphones as Diwali gifts. A video capturing the special moment has gone viral on Instagram, drawing widespread appreciation from users.

The company, located in Rohini, New Delhi, shared the video on its official Instagram account, offering a glimpse of its Diwali celebrations. The clip shows several iPhone 16 devices neatly placed on employees’ desks, with each handset wrapped with a decorative ribbon.

Unlike the usual Diwali gifts of sweets, dry fruit hampers and other utility items, the company chose to make the festival memorable for its employees with an expensive electronic gift.

The 15-second video features iPhone 16 handsets in different colours, including white, green, blue and black, arranged in front of computers across office desks.

Towards the end of the video, several women employees can be seen expressing their excitement and happiness after discovering the surprise gifts.

Sharing the clip, the company added the caption, “No competition. Aapko kya mila?” which translates to “What did you get?”

The post soon gained traction, with social media users praising the company’s gesture and applauding its efforts to make employees feel special during the festive season.

The viral video also triggered an interesting conversation online. While many users appreciated the initiative, some initially questioned whether the footage was authentic, with a few even speculating that it might have been generated using artificial intelligence (AI).

The company responded humorously to the doubts, asking one user to watch the video again and clarifying that the clip was not AI-generated.

The generous Diwali gifts also inspired several humorous comments. One user expressed a desire to work for the company and asked whether any vacancies were available.

Another joked that watching such videos during Diwali could make people jealous, suggesting that staying away from Instagram might be a better option.

Adding to the humour, one comment speculated that female employees had received iPhones while their male colleagues might have been gifted gold coins.

Meanwhile, another user jokingly complained that they had not even received a box of soan papdi from their employer.

The video has once again highlighted how thoughtful workplace gestures can create excitement among employees and generate positive attention on social media.
