Two Youths Arrested for Brutal Stabbing of Minor in Guwahati
A shocking stabbing incident took place last night in Bikrampur area of Japorigog, Guwahati, during a Bihu function at Krishnanagar.
According to police, a minor boy was brutally attacked with knives by two youths following a minor verbal altercation. The accused repeatedly stabbed the victim on his back.
The injured minor has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
Dispur Police promptly arrested the two accused, identified as Bun and Rohit Baishya. Investigation into the case is ongoing.
This incident has once again raised concerns over rising youth violence in the city during festive gatherings.
