The central leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed senior leaders as observers for the selection of Legislative Party Leaders in Assam and West Bengal.
For Assam:
- Shri J.P. Nadda, Former President of BJP, has been appointed as the Observer.
- Shri Nayab Singh Saini, Chief Minister of Haryana, has been appointed as the Co-Observer.
For West Bengal:
- Shri Amit Shah, Union Home Minister, has been entrusted with the responsibility of Observer.
- Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, Chief Minister of Jharkhand, has been appointed as the Co-Observer.
These appointments have been made by the BJP’s central leadership to ensure a smooth and consensus-based selection of the Legislative Party Leaders in both states following the assembly elections.
