259 new Covid cases in Assam, 7 deaths
Guwahati, September 20 (NKTV): Assam on Sunday reported 259 new positive cases of Covid-19, taking the active caseload in the state to 3,709. The positivity rate stood at 0.92 per cent.
Kamrup (Metro) reported the highest number of cases at 74 followed by Jorhat (34), Sivasagar (26) and Dibrugarh (15).
Assam presently has a recovery rate of 98.19 per cent.
