Guwahati, September 1 (NKTV): As per the ASDMA report on August 31, as many as 5,73,938 people are affected by flood as 22 districts of Assam presently reel under flood waters.
1,278 villages have been affected in the 22 districts.
26 relief camps and 79 relief distribution centres have been opened for the flood affected across the state. Reportedly, four houses have been damaged by flood waters in Sivasagar.
