Younis Khan steps down as Pakistan’s batting coach
Guwahati, June 23 (NKTV): Former Pakistani batsman Younis Khan has resigned from his position as the Pakistan’s batting coach. According to reports Younis Khan had joined the team as a batting coach six months ago and his contract was until the T20 World Cup 2022.
Pakistani Media reported that Younis reportedly wanted a greater say in selection matters but the PCB refused to do so. Younis Khan is the highest run getter for Pakistan in tests with over 10,000 runs in the longest format of the game.
