SBI Revises Cash Withdrawal Charges for BSBD Accounts From October 1
The State Bank of India (SBI) has revised its cash withdrawal charges for Basic Savings Bank Deposit (BSBD) accounts opened through the branch channel, effective October 1, 2026.
Under the revised rules, customers will continue to get four free cash withdrawals in a month. Any cash withdrawal beyond the first four transactions will attract a charge of ₹15 plus GST per transaction.
SBI has also clarified that all digital transactions will remain free without any restriction. Customers have been advised to take note of the revised charges.
