MLA delegation expresses dissatisfaction over accorded reception at CIT Kokrajhar

Guwahati, September 13 (NKTV): The members of the Employment Review Committee of Assam Legislative Assembly have expressed their dissatisfaction over the reception being accorded during the committee members visited the Central Institute of Technology (CIT) today in Kokrajhar.

The delegation comprising its chairman Lawrence Islary and other leaders including Rupak Sarma (MLA, Nagaon), Sibu Mishra (MLA, Lumding), Suresh Phukan (MLA, Tinsukia), Prithiraj Rabha (MLA, Tezpur) and Jayanta Basumatary (MLA, Sidli) visited NTPC Salakati Kokrajhar, CIT Kokrajhar to make a review over the employment opportunity generation and engagement in Kokrajhar today.

The Chairman of the committee and local MLA of Kokrajhar East Lawrence Islary and Nagaon MLA Rupak Sarma have expressed their dissatisfaction over the reception shown to the MLA delegation team during the visit at CIT. They said that the CIT authorities had well information about their visit, yet they didn’t show any good gestures while receiving the MLA Employment Review Committee members. Islary said that he is upset with the gestures shown to the MLA delegation at their visit to the CIT.

“I am very much upset over the reception gestures from CIT authorities”, Islary said. Sarma told that the CIT authorities didn’t show good gestures while receiving the MLA delegation team at the CIT Kokrajhar today.
