Meghalaya IAS officer authors global academic book on information and reality
Shillong-based IAS officer, medical doctor, and Meghalaya’s Commissioner Secretary for Health, Dr. Joram Beda, has authored a groundbreaking new book that explores one of the most profound questions in science and philosophy — the true nature and role of information in shaping reality.
