At-least nine shops including two hotels were reportedly ashed to loss lakhs of properties late last night at Kokrajhar main Bazar due to fire incidents. According to the local public in Kokrajhar, nine shops and godowns were reportedly damaged in the fire incident.
The fire occurred at around 10.30 pm last night and it was suspected that the fire was generated from a short circuit. Police and fire tender services had rushed the spot and doused the fire within a few hours.
