Guwahati likely to host two IPL matches on April 8th and 10th. President of Assam Cricket Association Taranga Gogoi revealed that ACA and Barasapara Stadium will host Rajasthan Royals as home ground for two matches in the upcoming IPL 2023.
Speaking to NKTV he further added that talks between ACA and Rajasthan management is on a positive note. According to various reports the schedule for the IPL will be released today at 5 PM.
Earlier back in 2020 Guwahati was given rights to host three IPL matches for Rajasthan Royals but due the dreaded Covid Pandemic it couldn’t happen. The fans across the region are now hoping to get some positive news about the IPL matches to be held in Guwahati.
