Guwahati, August 25 (NKTV): A team of Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) SOG and Paltanbazar Police Station apprehended four drug traffickers in Gandhi Basti and Kharghuli area of Guwahati.
The peddlers have been identified as Ronak Pratim Mazumdar, Selim Ahmed, Idrish Ali and Sushil Boro.
Officials have informed that five grams of Heroin, 230 empty plastic vials, five soap boxes and 42 mobile phones were recovered during the operation.
Investigation is on to unearth further linkages.
