With an endeavour to provide around 90 talented cricketers across the state a platform to showcase their talent in a live broadcasted event, the Guwahati Sports Association (GSA) has partnered with TCM Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. (TCM) as commercial partners for the inaugural edition of the GSA Champions Trophy T20.
There will be a total of 6 teams playing 18 matches across 10 days. All matches will be played at the Amingaon Cricket Ground, Guwahati. The tournament will commence from 25th December 2023. The six teams will be Gauhati Town Club, Bud Cricket Club, New Star Club, City Cricket Club, Ankur Jyoti Club, and Riverine Club.

TCM will be responsible for all commercial rights related to the coveted event. The sports marketing firm holds exclusive ground rights across various cricket stadia in India and globally. Outside India, TCM holds the exclusive naming, sponsorship and in-stadia rights across New Zealand Cricket, Cricket West Indies, and Asia Cup tournaments (Asian Cricket Council).
The tournament will be officially Inaugurated by Naba Konwar Former Ranji Trophy Cricketer, Assam and Chairman Senior Selection Committee, Assam Cricket Association tomorrow at 8.00 am.
