GMCH prepared for third wave of Covid: Superintendent
Guwahati, August 24 (NKTV): Superintendent of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital Dr Abhijit Sharma stated that GMCH is fully prepared for the third wave of Covid.
“We are ready with Covid ICU beds. We have 32 ICUs for the pediatric age group” Sharma informed. “We are well prepared” he added. He further informed that since April of this year, 305 patients had been admitted of which 13 succumbed to the infection.
Sharma has urged everyone to take all necessary precautionary measures.
