The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has extended its warm congratulations to a group of promising young cricketers from the state following their selection for the prestigious elite camps organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

In the U-16 (Boys) category, Prince Bora, Nihal Baishya, Reyan Nandey, and Swarnav Srihit Guru Das have been selected for the Elite Camp 2026. This recognition highlights their consistent performances and growing reputation in the domestic cricket circuit.

The association also conveyed its heartfelt wishes to Mohit Thakur, Tushar Rudra Borah, and Amit Chaudhury, who have earned selection for the U-19 (Boys) Elite Camp 2026. Their inclusion marks an important step forward as they prepare to compete at higher levels of the game.

Both the U-16 and U-19 (Boys) camps are scheduled to be held from May 11 to June 6, 2026, under the aegis of the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, a premier facility dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Indian cricket talent.

Adding to the state’s pride, Rima Pegu has been selected for the U-19 (Girls) Elite Camp 2026. Her camp will take place from April 27 to May 23, 2026, also at the Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

The ACA expressed confidence that these opportunities will play a crucial role in the players’ development, offering them exposure to top-level coaching, advanced training infrastructure, and competitive environments.
